So I ran a few more races since my last entry. I ran a 5K on Thanksgivng and a 10K this past week. I swear running has become my new therapy. The only problem I've been having here lately is the motivation to NOT hit the snooze button. I don't know what has taken me ove, but I keep hitting that dang button. Maybe I've been here too long, working these crazy hours that in some small way my body is "rebelling" against me. I don't know. I need to get my motivation back and not too sure what to do. I go on some much needed leave here soon. Maybe that will be just what I need. I don't know. Any suggestions my fellow Sparkers?!?

    I will admit that yes, I hit the snooze, but I still workout before going into work. Instead of going to the gym I'll do some of the vidoes on SparkPeople. This morning I did the 11-minute cardio chair workout and the 12 exercises of Christmas. (The 12 exercises of Christmas is actually a blog and not a video.) I got a pretty good workout this morning. Maybe I just needed to change up my workout routine so then it's not aways the same.
