It sneaked up on me!

Holiday eating, that is! Thanksgiving brought some unwanted pounds and now Christmas candy and cookies are trying to do the same! So, this has to

right here and now!
Especially because I'm eating things that I don't want and which don't taste that good....
I tried upping my exercise to compensate, but that's not gonna work if I keep shoveling hundreds of unnecessary calories into my mouth, is it? NO!
Starting again today---no mindless eating, particularly of candy and cookies!

    I'm facing the same problem at the moment - temptations around every corner.
I think it's going to be damage control as far as I'm concerned for the next couple of weeks!

    We're all in it together and it is very hard. When your emotions are overcome with joy, it's hard to be mindful of what goes into our mouths. It seems as if everyone wants you to do what they are doing and that is eat, eat, eat! Be strong!
