Holiday eating, that is! Thanksgiving brought some unwanted pounds and now Christmas candy and cookies are trying to do the same! So, this has to
right here and now!
Especially because I'm eating things that I don't want and which don't taste that good....
I tried upping my exercise to compensate, but that's not gonna work if I keep shoveling hundreds of unnecessary calories into my mouth, is it? NO!
Starting again today---no mindless eating, particularly of candy and cookies!
