I stalled and fluctuated this week. I kept going from 263 to 265 and back again, with my weight staying absolutely the same for four days in a row. I'm still eating less than 500 calories most days, unless I get really hungry. I've been quite strict with myself, too. I think the biggest deviation from the protocol I've done so far (aside from Thanksgiving dinner) is to eat two grissini at the same meal!
I am fitting into clothes that I haven't fit in over a year, that I didn't fit into even one month ago. I am hoping that this morning's plateau-breaking is the start of a trend. I'm only halfway through this round!
