This was not a good week for me. I did get to the gym, but only 3 times for an hour each time. This week was all about food, too much of it. I felt pretty 'blah' all week and I seemed to snack just about every day. Looking back at my intake, I was over my calorie range for all but 2 days! It was never on purpose, usually it would be that I'd eat a little more than usual during the day, thinking that I'd cut back on dinner (or skip it altogether if I was busy). But each day I ended up eating dinner and not the good diet-y kind of dinner either. Oh well, it's just another week that I can't get back and do over. sigh.
Here's the results:
Weight : 217.0
Gain : 1.4
Total : 100.2
Managed to keep the total over 100 lbs, but I better do better this week if I want to keep it there.
I was hoping to be out on a date tonight, but I think I'm being blown off (story of my life!) so instead I may go drinking (I only have alcohol 1-2 times a year and haven't had any this year at all).
