Today's workout: Week 2Day 3 of C2HM = same as Monday and Wednesday.

- 5:00 walking
- 27:40 running/walking
- 8:34 walking

Slower than on Wednesday but faster than Monday. Given how sore my legs were (which was very!), I'd call this a good day!
