I wish there was more time on the weekends. The weekdays seem to be busy so I always feel like I'm playing catch up on the weekend.
I've been maitaining my weight this week but have been eating out a little more than I would like. How do you handle it when eating out? Eat half the portion? Watch out for carbs? Eat salads? Would love to get some feedback.
