Setting New Goals

I have had some time off from the gym, and I didn't know if I could make it back today. I have been down in the dumps, and eventhough I know that the feeling I get when I go to the gym (regularly) is a good feeling, I still couldn't make it to the gym. That wasn't motivation enough.
Last night, I scolded myself for being so lazy. I was done giving myself the option to make excuses, but NO MORE!!
So...I set my alarm 3 times. The first one for 6:45am, the second for 7:30am, and the third for 8:30am.
If I were to get up at 6:45am, I could have taken my time, gotten ready, and gone to the gym for whatever workout I wanted to do. It would have been the bike like I have been doing.
If I had gotten up at 7:30am, I would have been able to get to the gym for a good bike ride and then make it for the half hour ab workout class afterwards.
And if I got up at 8:30am, I would have been able to go to the gym and ride the bike or whatever I chose.
So I gave myself 3 options to choose from instead of the two big ones: to go....or not to go. No more excuses!! I'm going! 4 TIMES A WEEK = 3 HOURS A WEEK
