WEEK 8 CHALLENGE. ENDS 12.15.2012
MAIN CHALLENGE (30 Points or 0 Points): Being well involves body, mind and spirit. For the main challenge this week, get in some fitness minutes involving an activity that you enjoy at least 30 minutes 3 days this week (for a total of at least 90 minutes). This activity can be anything physical that makes you happy such as walking, bowling, cycling, hiking, etc.
BONUS (20 Points or 0 Points): Organic fruits and vegetables are grown without the use of pesticides or other chemicals which can help prevent the growth of cancer and development of other diseases.
