Not sure why I was not loosing weight when I was walking for consistent 2 months average 6 Kms x 6 days a week . I was tracking my food keeping my calorie range on the higher side 1500 calories.
Over the last 2 weeks I stopped walking as it got very busy with christmas and it got cold and lost motivation , HOWEVER a funny think happened I have lost 11 pounds since Nov 10 2012. CRAZY !!!!! I have continued to track my food but I have to say that I am keeping my calorie range on the lower side of 1300 calories.
So anyways I am hoping that I will continue to lose.
I think that I will hold off a littl longer to make suer I got the calorie range working for me and then I will get back to walking as I really enjoy it but maybe this time I will do 5 km 3 tims a week .
