Last night and this morning were not my most motivated of times. I got home and my boyfriend had made dinner. I was so hungry and it was so good (brown rice and black bean burritos) that I had seconds. Then I had some mochi that my friend had brought me, because he didn't know that I was trying to eat healthy. This morning I was having trouble getting going, so I didn't pack a lunch or make my breakfast. I ended up picking up a banana and a Cliff bar at the gas station on my way to work.
In the end, I tracked everything and didn't end up over my limits for the day, but I felt like I wasn't in control of what I was eating. I felt like I was beginning a backslide and I didn't want to go there. I'm trying to come up with a smart plan for lunch and will begin the meal planning again for dinner tonight. I'll also get up early enough to get to the gym before my flight to Iowa tomorrow.
