I'm in the middle of a 50 workouts in 50 days challenge. I did miss one day and did very little on a couple when sick, but being on about day 28 has brought me to a good place. Just remembering I will need to log it encourages me do something. I love that there are so many different challenges here. There is definitely something for each of us... Perhaps many somethings. How about you?
