Boo hiss med changes, I put on another two pounds yesterday. Thats a whopping 6 pound gain in one week since starting this Zarah. emoticon

I am dressed to do 30 min. of Kathy Smith. I am weighing my food, I am logging it in Spark (I love the app, its not perfect but its not bad.), I am going to do some yoga this afternoon and a meditation before bed. My left arm is feeling poorly from my blood work yesterday. They ran a panel to determine if I had an underlying condition which would predispose me to the cellulitis infections, I don't have that. I don't have diabetes!!! Yeah for me!!! For the time being, my ears look good. So, I'm working on the weight loss. I went to the co-op yesterday. I bought lots of veggies, an organic chicken, and some hummus. I did buy some quinoa and I see that its not on the South Beach. I will start South Beach tomorrow. I won't be having any vineagars because those are sugar alcohols, and I don't tolerate sugar alcohols well. They make me plump.

    Meds can ad weight or inflamation. Eating foods that control inflamation like frutis and vegetables will help.

    In the meantmie, you're learning what works best with your body. So little by little, you'll be getting the hang of it and away you'll go with going down in pounds! Hang in there, you're worth it! emoticon emoticon

    sorry about meds. changes. I just hate that . I love fresh veggies and items I can get at a reasonable fee. hope your meds. changes get regulated and you succeed. emoticon
