Megan checking in at 230 12-8-12

As I stated in the video, I'm excited to be starting over at 230. After all, I'm not starting at 260, right? And starting over is still STARTING so that's better than not doing anything.

I went into a tailspin after having my bridesmaids in town and the dress isn't motivation enough for me to lose weight. Joining The Final Countdown, though, has really helped me to get my head in the game better than I have been on my own. The daily check in and accountability really help me to keep focused on what matters.

Goals for this week:
- keep cutting down on sweets.
- go for daily walks.
- keep checking in online.

    I am also starting over and I think that it is awesome that you are!!! I started at 230 last summer and got all the way to 205 and quit my regular routine. I just started out again at 222 last week. I cut all soda, sweets (except for my fav MM with peanuts:) I begin training at home and I weighed in tonight and have already lost between 6-7 lbs this week! I was not expecting that much but hey no complaints! Keep going I wish you the best!
