8 Months Out from my Wedding!

Saturday, December 08, 2012

Hi!!! I'm getting married in a little over 8 months to the love of my life, Patrick Griffith. I've already purchased my wedding dress, which is in a size 12. I must lose 15 - 20 pounds to fit in my dress and to feel my absolute best walking down the aisle. I had already lost 14 pounds back in 2008, but as I got older and my metabolism continued to slow down, combined with moving in with my fiance, I put ten of the pounds back on. I am determined to lose this weight. It will be hard, but it is an absolute must and I know I can do it, hands down. I'm excited to see everything that's in store for me in 2013 and I can't wait to have my new body. My goal is to lose the weight by April 1st and then maintain through my wedding. I think a pound a week is perfectly reasonable, even with the holidays approaching. I believe in myself and I know I can do it! XOXO, Abbie
