Thanks to a recent SP article, I have a strategy this year. First of all, my goal is NOT to regain the pounds I lost, NOT to lose weight! There are WAY too many holiday celebrations for me to realistically think I can lose weight this time of year. Next - I am "banking" calories to use at these celebrations. On days when there are no parties or family events, I eat lightly and "bank" the saved calories. I am focusing on doing more kettlebell training and step-aerobics to burn maximum calories and keep my metabolic rate high. Last but not least, I focus on eating the foods I really want - no "fillers" like chips for me! Happy Holidays!
