Morning habit

It's a funny thing, the morning workout. Last night I was getting ready to go to bed, and I couldn't even bear the thought of having to workout this morning. But then, I woke up, put on my gym clothes, and it was a workout as usual. So weird, how a good night's sleep and the habit of putting on gym clothes first thing changes everything.

Today I have to get next week's workout schedule written down. I felt so lost this morning - I almost didn't go at all because I was fretting over what I was going to do at the gym. I definitely over-think things, often.

- plan workouts
- run some errands
- paint my nails
- drink all my water
