12/8/2012 1.5 miles in 38 minutes on treadmill
12/10/2012 1 mile / 25 minutes
12/11/2012 1.3 miles / 30 minutes
12/12/2012 1.25 miles / 30 minutes
12/13/2012 1.7 miles / 40 minutes
12/15/2012 3.15 miles / 80 minutes
8.4 for the week!
12/17/2012 1.25 miles / 30 minutes
12/18/2012 1.7 miles / 40 minutes
12/21/2012 2.5 miles / 65 minutes several lengthy interruptions helped me go longer!
12/22/2012 3.5 miles / 80 minutes!!!
Winter Break
1/6/2013 1.4 miles / 35 minutes
1/7/2013 2.0 miles / 53 minutes

    emoticon emoticon you are doing emoticon . I also sometimes break my walk in 2 sessions if i plan to walk more than 30 mins. This keeps me more energized. Keep it up.
