Ok I didn't want to do anything being my day off and I'm workin a short 4 hr shift. But I still hustled some reps w/my kettle bell for about 10 to just do some moving before work. I HATE walmart on a Friday when peeps get paid but I still shopped there last night, parked far out and fought the crazy crowd for crystal light. I also went to the dollar tree and parked far away there also. I did all this because I didn't get to walk @ break yesterday being swamped. I made myself hoof it around to get some walking in for the day at least. I'm gonna do something everyday no matter what!!!
