My 100 Day Challenge
I continue to track my food. It has definitely helped me stay aware of what I am putting in my mouth and whether it is worth it or not.
I continue to walk 4-5 days a week and strenght train 2 days a week.
I am hoping that the consistency wll help me get that 5 pounds off and keep it off.
