So, at my weekly weigh-in, the usual happened: I was expecting a smaller number. I had a 12 to 13 day "plateau" where the scale didn't move at all. I skipped 6 days, and weighed myself today. I was only down a half a pound. I hate how slow my body loses weight. But. I see tons of non-scale victories.
I drank 8 or more cups of water every day.
I met my protein goal every day. Not only that, but I surpassed it by at least 10g every day. Something I've never done before, and I did it all week!
I ate within 5 out of 6 nutrition ranges two days this week and ate within all 6 nutrition ranges the other five!
Met my cardio minutes goal this week and went over by 40 minutes (and that isn't even counting what I'll do today)
Met my strength minutes goal this week.
