I've done my walk for 5 K training, to finish up day 3 of week 2.
I came home to shower and get to bell choir rehearsal where I've been subbing and had an e-mail saying they'll have a full choir this morning.
And that means I won't be needed next Saturday for rehearsal and performance either. Which means I really could leave any day now to go to NC for the holidays.
But I'd miss the Barbershop concert, and the pool, which is really important as long as the weather stays warm. It looks like that's the case at least for next week.
So I need to fill the morning with something fun. . .
Decorate the tree which is up with no ornaments?
Figure out how to use my new Kindle?
Work on Spark People?
Take Mom up to the Homosassa Flea Market or the reopened airport flea market?
Finish a marquetry picture?
Picnic on the beach?
Set up 2 new raised beds? (birthday present)
Oh, I guess I'll come up with something. Better quit making my list or I'll have to stay here till February to get it all done. But I really could do everything up there except Spark People online, and gardening and the pool. So do I go or stay?

My feet are good. Did get tired on the walk this morning, but I forgot my iPOD so had no music to fortify my soul. Must remember to keep it charged and near the water bottle.
I have been substituting fruit when I wanted one of those donuts or cupcakes, etc. that set me off bingeing. And I'm eating more and more veggies, even tried fennel and bought another. But the most exciting was harvesting sugar snap peas and eating them this morning raw as a snack. I'll probably pay for the raw bit, but they were delicious.
