I have created a challenge for myself for the month of December. My simple goal this month is to exercise for at least 15 minutes 3 times/week.
This first week has been a great success! I have worked out 4 days, averaging 15 min per day, and have lost 1.5 lbs! Not much, but considering I had been holding my weight at 130-131 lbs since a few weeks after Samuel's birth in Sept 2011, I'd say being 128.6 is AWESOME! ;)
