My fast food solution to a time crunch this weekend.

Saturday, December 08, 2012

I'm too busy to cook this weekend, so I stopped at Taco Bell and bought a bunch of chicken burrito supremes ~400 cals each. I know that's a lot per burrito, but if I only eat 3 per day, that should put me right at my limit for calories, and get me close on things like protein and fiber. I'm certain my carbs and fat will be more than adequate. And when I get hungry I can just throw one in the mirowave. I asked for them no lettuce so they don't get yucky in the fridge. Fingers crossed this gets me through the weekend without going over on calories. Now I can get my study on with barely any interruption for food. I know that this is hard to believe, so I'm putting the nutrition facts for 3 of these chicken burrito supreme's in the area below. I definitely getting more sodium than I or anyone else needs to eat, so obviously you can't make this your staple, but I just think it's nice to know that if you're really pressed for time, you can grab one of these and not mess your progress up one bit.

It's funny you mention it, I did add a couple of cups of steamed broccoli as well as some sliced tomatoes. Still on pace and studying hard!

    That's a very creative idea!
I hope you'll still love them at the end of the weekend ; )

I would suggest to add some fresh or steamed vegetables to make it more filling.
