Jason and I have made almost 2 weeks now. We have consistently gone to the gym and tried to control our eating. This is the longest I have made it since my son was born. Things are different this time. Instead of jumping in and going cold turkey on the things I like I have taken baby steps. Ive tried to keep busy and not eat when I am bored. It has taken me longer to lose this way but I haven't gained it all back 2 days later like in the past.
I am down 5lbs thus far weighing in at 194lbs. I would like to lose 7lbs more by Jan 1st putting me at 187lbs. A number i haven't seen since before I had my son. I am trying really hard to work this in to my life better. And hopefully I can keep it up.
