Hope everyone is doing well and almost ready for Christmas.
Well if anyone isn't ready for Christmas, please don't feel like the Loan Ranger. I still have a lot to do.
I still need to get more shopping done, Christmas cards out and the trees put up.
Seems like since I have carried mail and the kids are all grown up Christmas just is kinda a more relaxed day off.
This year though my daughter and I have a plan. We are going to all get together and just have a very simple supper. Ham sandwiches and snacks.
My husband makes wonderful stuffed mushrooms and I am going to try and make crab ragoons and I have some books on how to make food bouquet's. They are really pretty. I'm going to give it a shot.
As far as weight loss and exercise....I'm holding steady.
I have been getting in more exercise on the treadmill.
I fell behind on the TV show, Nashville, so I watch one episode at a time and I get at lease 40-45 minutes in.
About the food.....last night I seemed to be a bottomless pit!
I ate a good breakfast of yogurt and milk and then for lunch, hubby had a turkey burger ready for me with a glass of milk and grapes. The problem was.....when I got home we took off for the basketball game.....there I had pizza,
split a pop with hubby, then we got home and I finished off a pot roast sandwich that I had boxed up and brought home from Bob Evans the night before. O my! I was never so happy to go to bed just to keep myself from eating anymore!
