Completed my first one-hour interval workout since April

It has taken me a very long time to really get back on track since my injury last April.
Another key milestone was that I was able to complete a one-hour Spinnerval session on my indoor trainer called 'Suffer-fest'.
It is a really hard interval workout, followed by a 20 minute time-trial, followed by another shorter interval workout, then a cool-down. It takes 60 minutes to get through - and there have been times, in the past, where I could not get through the entire video.
But today, I made it. Probablly wasn't the fastest time-trial time that I've ever done. but I was just happy to have returned to good enough cardiovascular shape that I could get through the entire set.
So tomorrow's a recovery day - and Monday night - skiing!!!!
