The Christmas season holds many pleasant memories for me. One is not so pleasant and I am going to change that this year. I, along with many other people put on the annual 5-10 pounds during the holiday season that starts with Thanksgiving and runs through Valentine's Day. Last year I only put on less than 5 pounds. This year I am aiming for a 0 pound gain. Can I possibly say that I want it to be a time when I actually lose weight???? Now that would be a first. I realize that I need to have a firm plan in place, starting with tracking every bit I eat.
I downloaded the SparkPeople app to my phone, hoping to be able to track better. It looks like I need to re-enter all my food. Is there a way to get it to port from from computer to my phone.
More about my plan, but will finish later, need to get ready for work. BUT at least I started my plan by committing this to writing.
