This and that on a saturday

Saturday, December 08, 2012

First – thank you so much for inspiring me to make a really nice chritmas for myself... I used to do that before 1997 when I met ex and then were a family woman for about seven years. Then after he left I still made really good christamses for me and daughter...but since I moved back here I have made good chirstmas when she is with me but not when I am alone... does that mean that I really don´t care about christmas? No, I do care because I have not since I was...30-35 cared about what one "should" do, I have collected all the things I love – being with friends, going to church, having a lot of candles around, soicializing with my animals... and did that. And this I shall do again - in a clean house!

After a week with grocery bag I can say that it has worked very well. A little chaotic since I have had deadline week but it has been tasty and simple, I will do that same thing next week.

Today I will clean my livingroom and "preclean" clean my kitchen, meaning that I will have to do it again before christmas eve but I can do the big things today...

I am also occupied with an Ipad game I recommend for anybody interested in puzzles. It is called "The room", cost about 1.50 dollars and the symbol looks like this:

I don't do as much hectic things as I used to and Christmas is still just as much fun. A few little things that mean a lot add up quicker than all that meanless stuff we do. Have a great day and enjoy cleaning.

I think your priorities are just fine! Christmas is not about decorations and it's about celebrations! Including the reason for the season! Surrounding yourself with those you love and things you love is a wonderful way to celebrate!

it's a good positive approach! i think those grocery bags are such a good idea, and so much better than fast food or prepared food at the grocery store.
