Dec 2012 Streaks - Day #07

MY DAY:
06:15 - wakeup, shower, makeup, breakfast
07:40 - go to work (including snacks, lunch)
18:15 - back home, shower, dinner, TV+Internet, feed cats, play with kittens
23:40 - sleep

Sleep 6 hours 35 minutes

FOOD:
Breakfast: 0.5 cup fried rice
Snack 1: 3 baby carrots
Lunch: 2 cups fried rice, 1 chicken sausage
Snack 2: 3 baby carrots
Dinner: 2 cups Durian porridge, 2 cups tea

Water 1.4 L

EXERCISE:
None.

5337 steps, 2.9 km

I need to redo again my schedule, my daily activities. I think I've done almost everything wrong. Everything starts with sleep early then I can wakeup early and perhaps do exercises before work and most important, I can go to work early and back home early (avoid heavy traffics).
