The first week is behind me. I'm liking the plan, the fitness and being on Spark. I do my weigh in the morning. I think I lost 2 lbs for sure.
I've said it before but can't say it enough how eye opening this week has been. I really can't imagine how many calories I was eating each day before beginning my transformation.
I'm doing good this week keeping close to my calorie goals. I also cut way down on my soda intake.I will get better and better. Training was awesome yesterday but man do I feel like my body is burning through what i'm feeding it.
Next weeks goals:
Stay within my calorie goal most days
Find and prepare foods with more protein and fiber
Find ways to stay fuller longer
Excited to be here and to be learning! Adding more belly dancing classes next week in addition to my training session and run/walking!
