Well, we've been doing our new habits for a couple weeks now and they seem to be going pretty well. I've been coming home for lunch every day (boy do I love being able to do that!!) which has been making for a much healthier and cheaper lunch! My boyfriend's sugar is really getting under control and his doctor is very pleased. I'm pretty proud of myself for saying no to the donuts at work not one, but two days this week! I did have a bagel with cream cheese though... baby steps... Next week our goal is to get some exercise added in. Which is where I'm very concerned... Since I work until 6:30, exercising at night is not something that we're able to due. We've got to eat as early as possible so too keep from messing up my boyfriend's sugars. Fitting in this exercise really shouldn't be a problem since I don't start work until 9:30, but I HATE getting out of bed in the morning. I will stay in bed until the last possible minute. Any suggestions on how I can get up? I've tried setting the alarm earlier, but I just hit the snooze. Then when I do get up, I'm frustrated over not getting up like I planned.
