...and happy about it. It feels good to once again not be making excuses. I'm much happier when I exercise and eat right. I feel better and have more energy. In just a week I can tell a difference. I did add on 3 minutes to my cardio yesterday, plus another 3 added tonight. The plan is to get back to 45 minutes on the bike, which is what really worked for me before. So far so good. I hope to be able to report on Monday that I had a wonderful weekend and lived healthy, happy, and large (in a good way). Thanks for welcoming me back!
