I reset and started tracking two streaks for my "Falling For Fitness" Challenge Team.

You have reset the consistency streak for the following goal:
Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day.

-I've exercised every day this month so far, so I'm giving up a week of this, but this streak will not only encourage me to exercise every day, but also track it every day (because last time I used the streaks it didn't go back and check if you filled in something later). This is a good habit to build for my eventual maintenance.

You have reset the consistency streak for the following goal:
Afternoon Stretch 1 time per day

-This is one of the first things I set up under goals when I started. Not only have I not checked the box off each day, but I haven't done afternoon stretches for years. I need to, especially with my computer-intensive-at desk-office-job. I have arm stretches and nerve glides and hand mobility movements that are designed specifically for that.

So I'm on it. Renewed and refreshed!
