Today's workout: An off day from the C2HM program
Results: I decided to do an all-body strength training workout, the Beginner Challenge from SP. Took about half an hour, and I know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow.
Tomorrow is Week 2 Day 3 of the training program. I know I'll finish it, but I'm not sure how fast I'll be after today's strength training.
