Today was sooooo busy! I went to my MIL's house & helped her get ready for the annual extended family Christmas get together she is hosting tomorrow. From noon until seven we worked non stop with no sitting breaks. I baked (did not taste though, yay for me!), decorated, cleaned, organized, and hauled stuff from one place to another all day long. I did a little leg ST (lunges & calf raises) while we worked. Does running around all day without sitting count for exercise? Well, it will have to for today!
NUTRITION: HAHAHAHAHAHA! Good news is I stayed within my calorie range, but what did I eat today? Cookie dough for breakfast (homemade & organic... better, right?), sugar snap peas, apple & coconut oil for lunch, and pizza hut supreme pizza for dinner. I was proud of myself for only eating 2.5 pieces, giving my crust to my husband, eating very slowly & enjoying every last bite!
I'm so thankful it's the weekend! Tomorrow is the family get together so I am mentally preparing myself now and strategizing (word?) to avoid binging.
