My blog won't read quite like that on January 1, 2013 emoticon and my one year Spark Anniversary is not until February 2013, so I'll save any quantitative reflection until then. However, I can't help feeling I can do better.

"Do your best most of the time" was the message that I took away from the SparkCoach video today.

I lost 5 kg by about the time of my 3 month Spark Anniversary. www.sparkpeople.c
But since then, I have 'maintained' this loss. Time to reflect on my goals and reset methinks.

This week I have had fun incorporating at least 10 minutes of exercise into my day. This has largely been achieved by dancing/exercising to SparkPeople web site videos. And I still leap out of bed to do them, so I have incorporated these times into my scheduled non-negotiable self care www.sparkpeople.c

I had a couple of days that I went over my calorie range, but overall it averaged out over the week. This week was also the first week where I have burned the calories calculated by SparkPeople.

Two Christmas/End of Year functions contributed to being in the high-end of my calorie range, but I am pretty chuffed with myself that I was mindful and didn't give in to peer pressure to over-indulge in food or alcohol.
