OK. Enough folks said it was exercise . . .

. . . so I did it again today. Only for an hour and a half, though. There was 'way less snow and it was dry and light so today's rink clearing was much less of a chore than Tuesday's. I did discover there had been some water on top of the ice, which froze with snow in it making for rough patches. I think I can do a flood tomorrow and take care of that little problem though. Gosh, it was great to be outdoors for that time--clear sky and brilliant sunshine on the new snow. Glad I had sunglasses : )

Had a good weigh-in this morning, but not quite good enough. Stricter week ahead, I guess, if I'm going to hit my year-end weight goal. It seems I'm probably trying to dip below my body's 'set point', but I really, really, *really* want to be at the bottom of my weight range so I can fluctuate a bit without going above range.

I *can* do it! emoticon

I seem to remember an episode of "The Red Green Show" where they showed you how to turn a K car into a zamboni machine. Best of luck. Get lots of duck tape. emoticon

I agree! I think that heavy manual labor sometimes surpasses most of the time a fast jog.
