Didn't wanna but I did anyway

Today, I really didn't want to work out. My lazy self finally came out. Partially this was to blame as I didn't realize what time it was and ate lunch late for me. After feeding myself and waiting a while, I told myself I just had to do 10 minutes. Of course after the 10 minutes I was ready to do my workout fully. It is amazing how motivating 10 minutes can be for me personally. Whenever I really am avoiding something (cleaning our apartment, putting away laundry, starting dinner) I tell myself I only have to work on it for 10 minutes before I can stop. Either I finish the chore in that amount of time or I am motivated to finish. Rarely I do 10 minutes and I don't want to do anymore so every 90 minutes I do 10 minutes until its done.
