Okay to make this easier on myself and make this month more doable I have come up with some
#1 workout 6 days per week except xmas week that week will be 5 days!
#2 if possible and time allows it get in an evening workout.
#3 eat clean and carb cycle everyday except for 1 cheat meal per week. But Christmas I will allow it for a cheat day...within reason!

Todays workout was a kick butt JNL Fusion Toatol Body Transformer!!
Man I have around 400 exercise dvds and never have I done a program that is transforming my body like this set is!! Six pack here I come!!
Today is a low carb day (my favorite day as its
burning day!!) and mom is baking apple crisp yet again...but this time for some reason when I was doing my workout the smell along with the workout I was doing gave me heart burn...why is that I have no idea...so no cravings here lol
