December goals....

Friday, December 07, 2012

Okay to make this easier on myself and make this month more doable I have come up with some for myself....

#1 workout 6 days per week except xmas week that week will be 5 days!

#2 if possible and time allows it get in an evening workout.

#3 eat clean and carb cycle everyday except for 1 cheat meal per week. But Christmas I will allow it for a cheat day...within reason!

These are my

Todays workout was a kick butt JNL Fusion Toatol Body Transformer!! Man I have around 400 exercise dvds and never have I done a program that is transforming my body like this set is!! Six pack here I come!! !!!

Today is a low carb day (my favorite day as its burning day!!) and mom is baking apple crisp yet again...but this time for some reason when I was doing my workout the smell along with the workout I was doing gave me heart burn...why is that I have no no cravings here lol emoticon emoticon

Do you have any December goals?? Maybe we could meet them together!

Just purchased the JNL Fusion. How long have you been with this program and is it the only DVD you're currently doing or are you adding in others. I've read where several people have said that this program does what no other has. Now I just need to get motivated and get started with it. emoticon

Great idea on the goals. I did some wrote some and I haven't done one of them. I wanted to start doing some stretching....but I did one. Maybe I'll try to get to one later today. My big goal is just to make it through Christmas. Always a hard time of year for me.

Great workout, as always! You'll get those abs. I know you will.

  Great goals for yourself!

My goal is to seriously up the cardio and get serious about adding some strength training :) Would like to hit my Weight Watchers lifetime membership status goal weight of 137 but that would mean dropping 7 lbs ... we'll see!

Good luck and best wishes to you this month ... you will rock it for sure!

emoticon I am sure you will bust through your goals! December is a tough month, so I applaud you for being brave! emoticon

Two things I have in mind for December. The first is to get my new tennis shoes. The second is to get down to 164 by the 15th and 159 by the 1st. Though I haven't written it down, I also have the goal in my head to exercise 5-6 days a week. That's on-going.

Let's get 'er done!!! emoticon

That must be an awesome workout, if it's your favorite out of 400 dvds! Great goals, ambitious, but I have total faith you can do them. And exceed them!

My goal for Dec is to work out 5-6 days/wk. That's my main goal. If I can manage that, I think everything else will kind of fall into place. {I naturally eat better when I workout, some mental game I play with myself.}

Hope you have a good weekend!
