I am taking a break from my photographing. A friend of mine is writing a book and she mentioned, if you have nothing your proud of it. Is it better hold off doing anything or producing stuff your ashamed of? I think it's better to hold off. So I am taking a break for a bit since I am not feeling inspired and everything is looking the same. I shoot for myself, no point in making it torture. I already have exercise in my life, hehehehe just kidding!
My friend is doing my photo shoot on Monday. I feel like I can't eat bad this weekend. I am finally getting my weight down, I was 161 this morning. Now I gotta find something to wear, I have a lot of clothes. But hey when u have excuse to buy more clothes, do it, right? They just want me to wear a nice top and jeans. I shall layer, nothing makes you look thinner than layering in photos.
My eating this week has been good. I haven't eaten out in a week from tomorrow. Keeping to my once a week plan. My weight is so much better off when I stick to cooking my own meals and bringing my lunch, well I don't really have the option to eat out anyway. Thankful for that. I have been walking the dogs a lot more again. I got off at 4 pm all week and was able to catch some daylight to get them a 27 minute walk 4 days this week. I also lifting twice this week with my work friend! We are finally getting in a rhythm and it's nice. Someday's she's not into it and drags me and visa versa. She said she feels stronger since she started and her ankle which always hurt has been feeling a lot better since she started strengthening it with leg exercise with me. Yay happy for her!
My husband has gotten us invited to so many holiday parties I just wanna hide! 4 so far for him, me 0. Nothing like awkward family and work Christmas parties. He's had his job a yr in February, it's probably time I meet his coworkers. Get it over with. He's out at a "work bar meeting" right now, waiting for him to come home so I can make dinner. Thank god grapefruit makes u feel much fuller than u actually are. They have been my saving grace this week.
This article is neat, this little girl lost 65 lbs with her mom through exercise and eating better.
