I've started on my application for disability, and things are starting to look up. I have to cut my hours at work down to 32. They won't like that very much, but theres not much they can do about it. I'll have a doctor's note from two of my doctor's. Then I'll be eligible for food stamps, and medicaid, and heat assistance. It seemed like I spent the morning filling out applications and the afternoon as well. Got all my goals done though. Also stayed under the 2000 calorie mark yestaday as well.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1550 calories or under the 2000 calorie limit.
