If I don't use all my calories per day how much can I expect to lose if I stay within my rANGES OF food i eat

    Your Food Tracker page has a link to "Reports" where you can see a graph of your calories taken in against those burned both in exercise and just being.

    The rule is calories in must be less than calories out. The number is not a set one. Everybody is different. Exercise and types of food ingested are also important keys. Keep focused for success. You cn do it. Go for it.

  try posting this question on the diet and nutrition message board for a nutritionist to answer for you best emoticon they seem to be very good at getting back to "everyone" that has a question for them! Good luck!
