Before our winter biggest loser challenge starts I had to write a blog about my 5 goals for this challenge. They are as follows:
1. Stay motivated
2. Healthy daily habits.
3. Healthy eating, working at becoming a vegan
4. Move my body daily
5. Drop some weight, which means no gaining over the holidays
All these goals are manageable and attainable. I have fallen by the wayside for so long and it's a hard struggle to get back on track. I will work dilegently on these goals. My health has taken a beaten over the past couple of years and it's time to take charge of me.
