Nike Training Session

So I made some changes to make Nike Training more upbeat. I purchased a jump rope to jump in between breaks. I had a lot of fun I have to say. When listening to Pursuit of Happiness and Midnight City I was in my own world. I closed my eyes and just kept jumping it was pretty amazing. I even managed to burn 897 calories in 45 mins. I couldn't be more prouder. Now still focusing on the foods abs are made in the kitchen but overall satisfied about my workout gonna find a different workout next time but will continue to jump rope in between. Oh I forgot to add I was in the zone I could barely feel my legs after and I felt amazing after

    I love skipping! Keep meaning to buy a rope but then I always forget...
