Workout day 1 track log: 12/6/12

just me keeping track of what i do, you know as a thing to say hey. i did this today.
after my little workout i did i jogged 3 blocks without stopping. which is pretty amazing. not as good as i used to be. but hey. at least i have a base line to work off of now.
