My toddler is almost 2 1/2 yrs old and my newborn is almost 1 month old. I am ready to get back in "my" body but its so hard to get in the gym with my toddler wanting so much of my time when we get home in the evening. I want to get up in the morning to workout before he wakes up but I am tired from getting up in the night with my newborn.
I need to bite the bullet and just TURN OFF the tv in the evening and go to bed earlier so I am rested and will be able to get up earlier in the morning before my toddler gets up so I can get my workout in for the day.
I have 40 pounds to lose...I can do this.
