Remember how I bought Donkey Kong Country Returns when I got my new Wii remote and Zumba Fitness Core? First of all, I need a numchuck to play the game, which I no longer have. And second of all, I already have a couple Wii games that I can just sit and play. What I really need is variety in my home workouts. As much variety as possible.
So what am I going to do? Return the game and exchange it for a heavier set of hand weights, a stability ball, and possibly a Leslie Sansone DVD.
Fitness wise I'm going to do two strength videos - an upper body one and a "butt blasting" one - a total of 15 minutes. For cardio, I'm not sure. Something light. Tomorrow I'm going to do my 38 minutes of Zumba Fitness Core which will kick my butt and burn like 370 calories. I can't wait until I'm strong and fit enough to do a medium class (45 minutes) or a long class (an hour).
