Go to bed!

Someone needs to shout this to me every night. I was doing really well I was sleeping at least 7, but usually 8 hours every night. Then I had a couple unavoidable bad nights, and it's led me down the path to sleep deprivation again. For those three weeks that I was actually sleeping, I didn't notice the great things that were happening, but I sure noticed when I quit sleeping. Now that I haven't been sleeping, I'm eating more. I'm exercising less. I'm feeling a little bit depressed and less present for my kids. It's yucky and I don't like it. Tonight, I have to sleep.

    Perhaps we could call each during those quiet, still hours when everyone is sleeping, but us and tell each other to go to bed...I know what you are talking about and it sucks.

    Ok my diamond...set a phone alarm or an alarm somewhere actually 2....the first one as a warning that bed time is approaching and the second one to tell you to go to bed! See I am tell you to go to bed!

Sorry could not resist! But you are right your body needs to rest, to make those good things happen!
