This week, I am down another pound and a half! I'm really proud of myself, because I've been sick for most of the week, so I am really glad I somehow lost weight anyway. I was still careful with my food, but because I was sick, I didn't get my usual workouts in. Today I am feeling much better, so I will be working out as per my usual schedule.
So, as of today, I am down four pounds! Four pounds in four weeks! Not a bad run! :) I love it! Let's keep the momentum going!
