Body Rock

I did my body rock tests today, and I have to say the results could have been worse

this is the test which you do 3 times and record your results.
Exercise 1- Squats I had 18, 31 &33
Exercise 2- pushups (on my knees, i'm weak) 30,31,45
Exercise 3- Tricept dips (these were so hard and my sofa sucks for it) I had 5,3,7
Exercise 4- abs I had 20,22,21

i'm hoping that after 3o days of the body rock videos this will get easier, some days they schedule the tests along with other videos so you can see where you're improving.

the flexibility test told me what i already know, that i'm not very flexible but i'm hoping those results also improve.

i was going to weigh in and do measurements this morning, but i'm really upset about a situation going on at school to the point I made myself sick this morning so it will have to wait but i will have to do it sooner or later.

hoping to be under 200 before christmas so i gotta keep going!
